The La’ Ala Al-Kuwait Real Estate Company was established in 1991. Ambitious and pioneering La’ Ala Al-Kuwait undertook the design and construction of the Sabah Al-Ahmed Sea City, a completely new sea city build from design drawings to delivery in partnership with the Kuwait government.
SAASC is considered one of the largest residential projects with integrated facilities, services and infrastructure of its kind in the world.
La’Ala Al-Kuwait Real Estate Co. was responsible for all aspects of this visionary project;
• The preparation and execution of studies, scientific and feasibility of real estate projects for public and private sectors. The design, planning and construction of cities, whether on the land or in the sea, and allocation of reclaimed land.
• Establishment and construction of all facilities, services and infra structure, shopping and entertainment centers, restaurants, hotels and clubs, and their administration, leasing and sale.
• Excavation of the vast network of waterways, city drainage, preparation and construction of building land, marinas for yachts and anchorage as well as sea water fishing basins, tidal circulation and marine environments related to the construction of coastal cities.
• Undertaking the purchase and selling of real estates, open lands, residential and commercial shopping complexes.
• Bespoke estate investments for the development of lands and construction of residential and commercial complexes and all buildings for selling and leasing.
• Responsibility of the maintenance, development restoration and cleansing works for properties, waterways and sea water gulfs, and the establishment of workshops for motor yachts and ferries and their management, leasing and selling.
• All varieties of construction and related works for external partners and in Kuwait as well as the import and export trade in all material necessary for the huge development.
• The design and construction related to marine facilities, all essential utilities, electricity, water, cabling and civil engineering and mechanical works.
• Creating and managing real estate portfolios for the company or partners and operating as agents and custodians, offering consultations for investments and real estate.
• Entering tenders and contracts linked to the mission of the company and its global objectives.
