La’ala Construction Management Division carries out and manages the following activities:

• Micro tunneling
• Road works
• 132/11kV & 11kV/415V substations including equipment and buildings
• Street lighting cables and lighting columns
• Optic fiber communications cables including the equipment buildings
• Potable water network including the water tower complex’s
• Treated irrigations network
• Pump stations including their equipment
• Sewage treatment works including the equipment
• Major culvert works
• Bridges

With a labour force of over 3200 staff and many supporting subcontractors the CMD deliver all of the infrastructure work to support the project.

Since its inception CMD has gained the reputation for delivery of the best quality infrastructure works in Kuwait.

CMD had based its organization on internationally recognized levels of quality control and assurance and health and safety policies.
